Job Summary:
Telesyntrix Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that equip our operations staff with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional performance. You will work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs, develop training materials, and ensure a smooth onboarding and upskilling experience for new and existing employees.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, has a solid background in operations within a BPO or service environment, and thrives on coaching people to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for operations teams (onboarding, skills enhancement, process updates).
Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions.
Create training materials, job aids, and documentation aligned with company standards.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with operations leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Maintain records of training activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in operations, preferably in a BPO or service environment.
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
Proficient in MS Office and online training platforms.
