Welcome to Telesyntrix Digital Solutions ("Telesyntrix," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, www.telesyntrix.com  (the "Site"), and all services offered by Telesyntrix Digital Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Language Interpretation Services
  • Virtual Assistant Recruitment and Staffing
  • Healthcare Administrative Support Services
  • Legal Administrative Support Services
  • Customer Service and Technical Support
  • Digital Solutions and Business Support Services
  • Any other products or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Site, requesting a quotation, entering into a service agreement, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any applicable service agreements, statements of work, or other written agreements between you and Telesyntrix Digital Solutions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access our Site or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, customers, businesses, organizations, contractors, partners, and other users who access or utilize our Services anywhere in the world.


By engaging, accessing, or using any services provided by Telesyntrix Digital Solutions, you ("Client," "Customer," or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all individual clients, businesses, organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, law firms, and other entities engaging Telesyntrix Digital Solutions. 

Telesyntrix Digital Solutions provides professional outsourcing and support services, including but not limited to:

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

  • Customer support
  • Technical support
  • Email and chat support
  • Back-office processing
  • Data entry
  • Virtual assistance
  • Administrative services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Lead generation
  • Sales support
  • Business operations support

Interpretation Services

  • Telephone interpretation
  • Video remote interpretation
  • On-site interpretation (where available)
  • Consecutive interpretation
  • Language support for medical, legal, business, and government communications

Healthcare Support Services

Services may include:

  • Medical administrative support
  • Medical scheduling
  • Patient coordination
  • Medical transcription
  • Insurance verification
  • Medical billing support
  • Healthcare customer support
  • Medical documentation assistance

Telesyntrix is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, provide medical advice, or practice medicine.

Legal Support Services

Telesyntrix is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions unless expressly authorized under applicable law through licensed professionals.

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Cooperate with reasonable requests.
  • Ensure all submitted materials are lawful.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Obtain all necessary permissions for information provided.

Clients remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any information supplied.

Telesyntrix recognizes the confidential nature of business, medical, legal, and personal information.

We agree to:

  • Protect confidential information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
  • Limit access to authorized personnel.
  • Require employees and contractors to observe confidentiality obligations.
  • Use confidential information only for service delivery.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship.

Telesyntrix processes information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Depending on the client's jurisdiction, these may include:

  • GDPR
  • HIPAA (where contractually applicable)
  • Applicable U.S. state privacy laws
  • International privacy regulations

Clients remain responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from their customers, patients, employees, or third parties.

Healthcare support services are administrative only.

Telesyntrix:

  • Does not practice medicine.
  • Does not provide medical diagnoses.
  • Does not prescribe medications.
  • Does not replace licensed healthcare professionals.

Clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of licensed healthcare providers.

Legal support services are administrative only.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as:

  • Legal advice
  • Attorney-client representation
  • Legal opinion
  • Legal consultation

Clients should consult licensed attorneys for legal advice.

Our interpreters strive to:

  • Remain impartial.
  • Interpret accurately.
  • Preserve confidentiality.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest.

Interpretation services are provided on a best-effort basis, recognizing that language interpretation may involve unavoidable nuances.

Clients agree to pay all fees according to their service agreement, quotation, or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments are due within the stated invoice period.
  • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
  • Taxes, duties, and government fees are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Telesyntrix retains ownership of its proprietary systems, methods, templates, software, and materials.
  • Clients retain ownership of their own data and intellectual property.
  • Deliverables become the client's property only upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Natural disasters
  • Third-party provider issues
  • Maintenance
  • Force majeure events

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telesyntrix Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding three (3) month

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telesyntrix Digital Solutions, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Client negligence
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Misuse of services
  • Inaccurate information supplied by the client
  • Infringement of third-party rights

Either party may terminate services upon written notice in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Immediate termination may occur if:

  • Payment obligations are not met.
  • Illegal activities are discovered.
  • Material breaches of these Terms occur.
  • Continued service would violate applicable law.

Termination does not relieve the client of outstanding payment obligations.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

Because Telesyntrix Digital Solutions serves international clients, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration under mutually agreed rules and in a mutually agreed venue, unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement.

If arbitration is not agreed upon, disputes may be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by the applicable service contract.

Telesyntrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication or written notification to clients.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or executed contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
